The Capitol Area Officials Association awards a sportsmanship
award to one school in each of the sports that our
officials work. The criteria for the award is the
schools that display a positive attitude and superior
sportsmanship during the games by the players coaches
and fans that our officials have either worked or
watched. The officials submit schools to be considered
for this award and then hold an election of the schools
submitted to determine which school will receive this
award each year.
